I have been using this for a little over a week now.. It is tatseless and oderless.. i will say this… while it is not a “miricle cure all” … it does seam to be working. using this has REALLY curbed my appitite. no issues with the side effects ( yet) and by my scales I have dropped 7 lbs.. I am also doing the couch to 5k program wich i am sure is also helping with the weight loss but, hey every bit helps

Hydroxycut sprinkles taste awful! It’s suppose to be tasteless, but it’s truly disgusting. I just got them today so I will keep using to see if anything happens.

I’ve just started using the sprinkles yesterday & its already helping me control my eating. It does make my heart rate go up, but other than that I like them so far. I will report back with more results!

I’ve only just started using these recently so I can’t really say on whether they work or not, but I do have one complaint. On the box it says it does not alter the taste of food but that is a lie. In my opinion when you take a bite out of it you will understand what I mean, it tastes like $@!*

I’ve been using this product for about three days now …It taste like a thermogenic pill, but it is curbing my appetite and making me eat way less..also it makes me light headed but I think I will keep trying this product.

Had been using the NV sprinkles, notice it was not working. So, I bought the Hydroxycut sprinkles it really works, but sprinkles taste awful! As well as changes the taste of your food. Really curb my appetite. If they could just work on the taste….

I won’t say they don’t have a taste, because if you’re putting the sprinkles on something you can’t mix well, it will taste kind of like you’re licking cinnamon powder. On the plus side, they do curb my appetite & I’m down 2 lbs. in my first 2 days of use.

Began using the Hydroxycut sprinkles a couple days ago and have noticed it curbs the cravings for food I was having between meals. It does have a taste when used on some food but found on salads with the dressing there is no taste. I’m really in hopes that this will help erase those extra pounds.

The box says that this product is odor less and taste less.. Lies I tell you. I have tried this on just about every food and the taste always overwhelms the flavor of everything. This just doesn’t taste good. It’s so disgusting that I just can’t continue to use this product!

Just started using today. They MOST DEFINATELY have a taste — and it isn’t pleasant. I sprinkled it on top of my food. I’ll try mixing it in next and hope it doens’t alter the taste.

The taste is absolutely disgusting. I tried quite a few things to mask the taste with no luck. The one star is only because it was inexpensive. But honestly not worth even that cheap.

I haven’t been on them for long, but they do have a bad taste. I hope they help with the weight loss because in one month I lost 7 pounds right off the bat because I quit drinking coke, then I have only lost an average of .5 pounds per week since. I am getting frustrated very quickly and hope that this might help loose another 10 going into my second month.

I have been using hydroxycut for three days now, so far I’ve noticed a decrease in my appetite. I must add the taste is noticable if you don’t sprinkle it evenly,if you evenly distribute the sprinkles it shouldnt be a problem. I will post again after my first month of use!

I have been using the Sprinkles for about 4 days. They absolutely curb my appetite. They do have a taste that reminds me of too much cinnamon slightly bitter; however, if I mix it in something I do not notice the taste as much. Only side effects is that I have been a bit more thirsty then normal but it is helping me drink the amount of water I am supposed to so that is a good thing. The first time I used I did feel jittery but the more I have used it the less I have that feeling.

I have been using it for a week now and I lose a pound and then gain it back. It does have a very bad bitter taste. It ‘s like I left a pill sitting on my tongue too long. IDK I think I ‘LLC give it another week. I used Sensa for awhile until it stopped working for me and it tasted 10 times better.

Have been using for about a week. The taste isn’t pleasant but it’s something I can deal with. Plan to give it a month to truly see the effect. I have noticed I’m not hungry between meals.

I used sensa for a month, It had a mild but pleasant taste, & I lost 4 lbs. Then I seen hydroxycut sprinkles in the store so figured I give them a try.. They do seem to curb my appetite… however they totally lied when they stated it would not alter the taste of your food, I taste horible I’m trying to find easy ways of taking it. Any suggestions?

I love this.it curbs my appetite and if you put it on your food and let it sit a bit the bad taste goes away. And drink plenty of water. Good luck everyone!!!!

iove been using this product for 3 days so far. the taste is HOrrible I have to mask it with hot sauce each time i use it.
I sure hope i start to notice a differnece.it has not altered my cravings yet,hopefully soon

I have tried this for a week and have found you need to stir it into the food, not just on. Otherwise ucky taste. I think you can over come the taste with use. I am losing weight and not eating between meals.

The results of this product have not worked for me. I just finished the entire box and lost 4 lbs. I know it wasn’t the Hydroxycut though because i was on a diet and running a mile a day. It also is a total lie about the tast. Ive tried a lot of disgusting supplements and this is the WORST. But results are different people, so if your going to buy this goodluck.

I’ve only been using for 3 days. It definitely has a taste! I tried sprinkling it on fruit & what a disaster that was. However, I’ve mixed with food & didn’t notice the taste. I can definitely say my appetite has be curbed (that’s why 4 stars!). We’ll see what happens in a few weeks…

I’ve been using Hydroxycut sprinkles for one week now and have seen results. There a slight taste but if you combine well with your meal there is no taste. Before using the sprinkles I was hungry all the time; but with the sprinkles I find that I am “Not” eating between meals… I have lost 5lbs in one week of using Hydroxycut sprinkles and no side effects as if yet. I will continue to use and post again later

Really curbs your appetite, but not a pleasant taste. It needs to be stirred in something with a stronger taste (spagetti sauce, katchup etc). I sprinkle it in a applesauce cup 2X a day before meals and it is bearable as long as your stir it in really well.

Unfortunately, the only reduction this product supports is that of the dollars in your wallet. Hydroxycut Sprinkles do alter the flavor of your food and have abslolutely no efficacy.

I have been using the sprinkles for about 3 weeks now and I have lost 8 lbs. To me they don’t have a taste but it does curb my appetite significantly. I also work out 6 times a week with cardio and strength training.

UCK!!! the sprinkles taste awful!!!!!! I got heartburn something awful and have had loose stools since i started it and its only been 3 days!!! I will continue to use it til its gone since i paid for it but i’d rather be over weight than buy it again !!!!!!!!!!

I have been using hydroxycut sprinkles for 30 days. I am down 9 lbs. I am watching my diet, exercising, (weights and cardio) so that is helping. They DO taste!. Maybe that’s what curbs your appetite.!! Look it’s not “falling” off of me, but it seems to be just what I need. I just bought another box.

I purchased sprinkles three days ago. I only taste a small flavor of the sprinkles depending on what I sprinkle it on. Also has an odor but not unbearable at all. I do notice I am not eating as much. I dont think the smell or taste is that bad at all. I am going to continue to use this product and see how it goes. Thanks Hydroxycut!

This stuff tastes absolutely horrible… They should not advertise that it doesn’t alter the taste of food because it drastically does. It also made my stomach hurt for two days which I guess was good for my appetite but I felt pretty sick overall. My heart also would not stop palpitating. I actually had to buy gelatin capsules just to start taking them again. I just can’t stand the taste.

I have a BMI of 21 so really just looking for a maintenance buddy in these sprinkles. I have taken it for a couple days now and definitely have seen the difference in my all day hunger no matter how much I eat!. It has curbed my appetite and have not weighed myself but will post my weight loss in a couple of days. The taste is not that bad if any at all I only found that on fresh fruit it was evident, but cinnamon and fresh fruit…yummy if you ask me! Good luck everyone!

Today is my first time trying sprinkles also. The taste was terrible however,I didn’t disburse the poweder all over the food it was more like in one spot then I mixed it. Despite the taste, I will continue to use it and do Turbo Fire and hopefully see results.

It does have an after taste so I mixed it with yogurt,my tea or a shake and it helps,definitely curbs my appetite so I hope for a good turn out in weight loss. Ihave a gorgeous and very handsome grandson about to turn 2yrs old I need to keep up with him too much energy. Keep it up grandma.

im only on day 2 so of course no weight loss yet, but I like how its less than 20 bucks for a months supply (very manageable) and so far ive had it on mashed potatos/gravy, biscut, cole slaw and chicken and in chocolate milk, and I haven’t noticed a taste at all in it, once its mixed in. so far so good, well see in a week how it goes.

It has a strong taste to them, you have mix it up in the food a lot. I have forgotten to put it on my food and just dissolved in water drink it, that no to bad if you drink it fast. LOL

Just started it today yes it has a horrible taste but it has curbed my hunger in between meals was really surprized. Usually every diet aid i have tried has not worked at all . Will keep takeing it and see how i do in a month. I did notice i was real nausea the first time but after that so far so good.

hydroxycut is the most alful taste the only thing it tast good in is yogurt its been a month and lost 12 pouds now im going on two more weeks and dont seem to be loosing sometimes gives u shortness of breath some days gives me energy and some days not seems like the amouts in the paks r more than others

I am usually very impressed with hydroxycut products. However, the taste of these sprinkles is horrible. Maybe that’s how they get you to stop eating the food on your plate! I have to use yogurt to try and cover the bitter taste. I will will keep using it since I bought two boxes and I want to see if it actually works. I will let you know in a few weeks!

The Sprinkles Are advertised as no taste and you won’t notice it on your food however that is not true. At first bite i thought maybe it was just me but i had my sister try it and she had the same reaction. Not only can you taste it but it also turns your food brown. I am now stuck with a product i have not used but once. I do not recommend this product

Today makes my 3rd day using hydroxycut sprinkles. The taste surprised me. Its suppose to be tasteless, but it does have a weird taste to it. When it comes to food, I eat less when I eat a meal. I use to eat a whole plate, plus more ; now I only eat half a plate of food. It curbs my appetite during meals and in between meals. I use it on everything I eat, even ranch sauce (: Ive lost 5 pounds on it in three days , but I have been exercising everyday too . I would recommend the Hydroxycut Sprinkless to anyone (: I absolutely love them <3

Just tried the first sprinkle pouch….hmm….some taste as everyone has said..since we have to drink water all day who is to say why not add it water with alittle lemon or somekind of flavoring…eat your smaller meal as normal..good luck..

I love that it curves my appetite, I dont eat as much and my clothes are fitting better after one week of use, It does have a taste on things that cant be mixed like something solid, so I mix it in dressings, soup etc and has no taste.

When you first open the packet, stand back because it smells awful. I sprinkle it all over the food, just to disburse the smell. It tastes terrible too but I will continue using it to see if it works.

This is horrible tasting. I don’t know if it works but the bitterness dominates the entire food you are attempting to eat. barely usable. price is fine — around $20 from Walmart. I wouldn’t buy it again and can’t recommend others to buy it. If it works, maybe one can tolerate the bitterness; if not, well……

This is my third week using this product. So far I have lost 8lbs. It has really curb my appetite. the only thing is that the taste of it is bad. If you do not mix it really good in the food. It is working so far and I plan to continue to us it.

I’m starting my second week and I really don’t notice that its curbing my appetite. I’m still hungry all day!I do notice a slight change in food taste but not enough for me to not take it…I really want it to work but not having success yet…I’ll keep it up but so far not good reviews to report

I just bought this product today. I did all three meals like the instructions said and i notice that i haven’t been hungry between meals and the only way it has a bitter taste is if you get alot in a piece of your food, if its spread out right then it doesn’t have a taste. Hoping i lose enough weight.

I bought these sprinkles a few days ago. I use them with breakfast, lunch and dinner. My appetite has diminished, I get Fuller faster so I’m not eating a much. No side effects. So far I’m very pleased with them, as they are very easy to use! I will continue to use them and will update on my progress.

I have only been using this for one day. I typically snack between meals and with Hydroxycut Sprinkles I did not have any urge to snack. It smells like taco seasoning and taste like cinnamon powder. If you mix it in your food then it is not as bad. I add pepper if I can since it is a stronger (and better) taste. If you can get past the taste then I do believe this can work.

Side effects: It does make you thirsty so make sure to drink plenty of water. I did notice headaches and after my workout I was dizzy. It could just be because I am not used to it yet. I will keep trying it

I can’t rate it yet because I just started. But I can say it does taste nasty lol. It’s not to bad to stop using it but I think I put to much in one spot that’s way. My mom used it and she said she couldn’t taste any difference.

I’ve only used this twice as I bought it just yesterday, but I’m already very happy with Hydroxycut Sprinkles. You CAN taste it, a little, depending on what you put it on or into. The directions say to mix it into whatever you’re eating, if you can, so obviously, that is the key. I think that, as you go, you figure out ways to get the powder mixed into different foods so that you’re not as aware of the taste of the Sprinkles. I had a salad today and I mixed the Sprinkles packet into the dressing before I poured it on and I couldn’t taste the Sprinkles. I am AMAZED at how it controls my appetite and from the reviews I’m not alone. When I read the booklet that comes with the sprinkles, and it said not to snack between meals, I was a little worried since I am a snacker and I’m almost always hungry between meals. But using the Sprinkles, I did not even feel like snacking. I have no jitters so far, no adverse affects. It appears that some reviewers think it works but they don’t like the taste, and others feel that the slightly noticeable taste, but they’re willing to deal with it. It’s too bad that some people gave up because of the taste because I feel like I’ve stumbled upon something amazing, possibly even life-changing.

OK,
I just started yesterday.

First, yeah it tastes pretty bad. Second, it doesn’t taste so bad that I can’t use it.

The first day, I didn’t notice much difference. It didn’t curb my appetite at all.
Now, I’m on the second day. Today I feel like it is curbing my appetite. So, it might take a day or so to kick in. The taste is “tolerable”. I just put it on the first few bites of food and get it over with.
I have felt more thirsty today and also had a bit of nausea, but the nausea was very mild and only lasted 30 minutes or so.
I’ll continue to use if for 30 days to see if it actually works for me.
I will say that, for some, the taste will put them off. For others, it won’t matter too much. It all depends on how sensitive your taste buds are. Later I’ll try mixing it in completely with my food to see if the taste is really bad or not. For now, I just want to get that “bad taste” over with. It could just be that being concentrated on those first few bites that’s making it taste so bad.
Since I’m not mixing it in completely with my food right now. I can’t give a fair review on the taste. Drinking water after eating the few bites that has it on really helps. Then I can enjoy the rest of my meal.
I’ll update again after 30 days. Even with the unpleasant taste, “if it works it’s worth it”.

I bought the sprinkles my boyfriend and I have been trying to lose weight thought the spinkles might work….so wrong! One of the most frustrating parts about it is the side of the box states “Does not alter the taste of food” again WRONG!!! I made cheesy rice and mixed it in and it made the rice taste so gross!! I made an attempt to take it back to the store I bought it at and even with a reciept they wouldn’t take it back because I had already opened it, so I thought to try and contact the company its self and I haven’t been able to locate an email address, or phone number or nothing at all!!! You would think if they were so such of there products they would have a way of contacting them….the lack of customer support proves to me they don’t trust there own products.

I just started using this product this week so I can’t really rate it. I used Sensa for 6 months and lost 10 pounds – not too bad I guess. I’m hoping for better results with hydroxycut, though. I do have one suggestion with the bitter taste – add something non-caloric but good tasting to your powder. I’m going to put mine into a shaker for home and add some of my own ingredients – hey! the goal is to lose weight, so a little off flavor can’t be too bad if you get results.

It says on the box “to mix when possible” with your food. I have been using this product for a week and “sprinkling” it on salads and “mixing it into other foods. I have already began losing weight…I give it a 4 stars until it proves itself wrong…reading directions definitely helps!!!!

So far so good, unlike a lot of the posted reviews though I found this to have no taste at all, I have had sprinkles on cereal, pasta, and salad, and as long as its mixed in, no taste no smell. I am on day too so cannot say if it works yet.

I just did my first one and I can’t taste anything… i sprinked on my yogart but tasted it before I mixed it in. I just want to lose about 13 pounds so we shall see if this works.

Im so shocked about how “sensitive” some people are. The product has a super mild, unnoticeable taste. Mix it well with the food and is not disgusting at all and it works

I have been using them for a week or two. There is a taste however, my theory is cant use it on any food, you have to stir it into something and wait for disolving. that makes it better. Taste is not so obvious. In other words cant put it all on a piece of toast its grose.

Just started taking today. Can’t wait to see if this product works. There is a weird taste detected but I think I can handle it. Will wait to report later if I’ve lost any weight. Definitely recommend drinking plenty of water….

These don’t work because it does change the taste of the food. I am not happy and wish I was able to return the product for a full refund.

Just started taking yesterday. Noticed a big difference today in my appetite….I’m not hungry!
Will report back next Thursday on my progress in weight loss….can’t wait to see my results.

I just started using it today at lunch,I had a beef barbeque I put on a packet of hydroxycut sprinkles and I haven’t had the urge to eat all afternoon.I really din’t notice a taste.

Been almost a week since I started on it. I can only taste it of it’s in big clumps, but the taste isn’t all that bad. Some packets have alot and then some have very little. Not sure what’s up with that. Anyways, I haven’t noticed any difference in my appetite and there is definitely no weight loss yet. I am decently active, and don’t eat way to much either. Just need something to work that doesn’t cost alot.

So far so Good. I started Hydroxycut Sprinkles on May 1. I tasted it b4 I put on my food – it does have a taste; but, once sprinkled on my food, I didnt taste a difference & No side effects noticed. I do feel full quicker & get ‘hungry’ about every 6-7 hrs. To not waste food, I’ve even cut down on portions. This is really good. Now I won’t weigh again until May 8, but I can feel a difference in my clothes: especially waist & thighs. So far – So Good!

Yes it got weird taste but guess u got fiqured out what foods hide the taste slim fast does so i think i goung to add to my two slim fast and take one for the team in my reg meal not tobad on my muffin this moing day 2 i was not hungry that much yesterday lest see today i just hoping to lose 2 pounds a week it suck i gain lukike 10 pounds this mth do to a new meds so i have 10 pound extra to lose

Eager to try it!!! My friend is coming from Houston so he says he’ll bring for me to try. I hope this works I want to get back to my weight I had 2 1/2 years ago…140-145, but I can even deal with 150 as a goal weight. Well, I’ve read many reviews on the product just now and I notice many users had a problem with the taste, however I’m sure that is something you can “tolerate”. I’m willing to try, just to reach my goal weight. Hydroxycut I am ready to loss weight…… you’ll be sure to hear from me when the time comes for my review
